Things to do for incoming teachers and staff members

Dear Colleague,

If you would like to visit Corvinus University within the Erasmus+ Credit Mobility Program, here you can find a lot of very useful information on how to apply and what do in order to be a granted participant.

1) Please contact us at creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu at least 2 months before your planned visit in order to discuss the details of your mobility and to check if we can offer you Erasmus+ scholarship (the qoutas are allocated in application order among the applicants).

- As soon as we confirmed that we can receive you and offer you Erasmus+ scholarship and also the exact dates and program of your mobility has been discussed, please start to do the following things:

2) Please fill in the datasheet and send it to creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu.

3) Please fill in the Teaching Agreement (for teachers) / Training Agreement (for staff members) on computer and send the .doc file over e-mail to the concerned colleague at Corvinus University who will be your supervisor during your stay (it can be either the Credit Mobility coordinator or any other colleague with whom you previously agreed on the individual program of your visit). Your supervisor will check the document and complete the unfilled parts, sign & stamp the agreement, then send back its scanned version to you over e-mail. Afterwards, please print the document, sign it and also get it signed and stamped by your boss and send the fully signed version to creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu.

4) Please contact the program coordinator at creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu and ask for an invitation letter. The coordinator will issue it and send it to you via e-mail.

5) An accident and liability insurance must be effected that covers your whole mobility. Please send its certificate to creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu. It must indicate the name of the insured person, the start and end date of validity, conditions (accident and liability insurance must be included!), insurance/customer number.

6) The program coordinator will prepare your Erasmus+ grant contract after the completion of all the abovementioned things. You will sign it upon your arrival, therefore please ask for an appointment beforehand and pay a visit to the coordinator's office (Zsofia Vattay, main building - room 25.) as soon as you arrived to Corvinus University. You can take an own sample of the signed grant contract with you.

7) Transaction of the scholarship: Since we cannot transfer your scholarship to your bank account until the grant contract is not signed by all the parties (including you, as well), it is not possible to start the transaction earlier than you arrived to Corvinus University and signed your grant contract. The transaction process may take about 2-4 weeks. All these means that you will receive your scholarship 1-3 weeks after your mobility. If post-financing would be an unbridgeable barrier of your visit, please let us know!

8) Apart from the above there might be some other things that must or recommended to be accomplished: passport, visa, etc. Please make sure to gather all the needed information in time.

1) Please fulfil every duties, requirements and regulations included in the Mobility Agreement and the Erasmus+ grant agreement.

2) Please pay a visit to the coordinator's office (Zsofia Vattay, main building - room 25.) in order to provide the confirmation of participation. Here you can download the sample for teachers and staff members.

1) You will receive an e-mail from replies-will-be-discarded(kukac)ec.europa(pont)eu including a link to the so called EU survey. Please complete the survey and inform the coordinator about the completion in an e-mail at creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu.

2) We kindly ask you to write a 2-5 page long travel log including pictures about your personal or professional experiences during your trip, your impressions about Corvinus University, Budapest, Hungarian people/culture, and the personal/professional/institutional outcomes of your mobility. We highly appreciate any positive feedback or constructive critiques.

We hope you will enjoy your stay at Corvinus University of Budapest and we are looking forward to meeting you in person. Should you have any questions feel free to contact our program coordinator at creditmobility(kukac)uni-corvinus(pont)hu !
